Resaca Wash Co. was built on a simple idea: do two things and do them exceptionally well. Driveway pressure washing and window cleaning — the two exterior services that make the biggest visible difference to any property in Brownsville and the RGV.

In South Texas, driveways absorb caliche dust, oil, and grime faster than almost anywhere in the state. Windows fog up with humidity, salt air, and dust constantly. These are the two things homeowners and businesses need done most — and the two things we've made our specialty.

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing? +
Soft washing uses low pressure combined with professional cleaning solutions to kill mold, algae, and mildew at the root. It's ideal for roofs, stucco, and siding. Pressure washing uses high-force water and is the best tool for concrete, driveways, and brick. We offer both and assess every surface before we start.
How do you decide which method to use? +
We evaluate the surface material, the type of buildup, and the condition before recommending anything. Roofs and siding almost always get soft wash. Driveways and concrete get pressure washing. Many jobs use both methods in the same visit.
Is soft washing safe for my plants and landscaping? +
Yes. We use biodegradable, plant-safe solutions and pre-rinse surrounding vegetation before we start. We take care to protect your landscaping on every job.
How long do results last in the RGV climate? +
With soft wash, most homeowners see results lasting 1–2 years before mold begins to return. Pressure washed concrete stays clean for 6–12 months depending on traffic. We offer quarterly maintenance plans for year-round protection at a locked-in rate.
Do I need to be home during the service? +
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to a water source and the areas to clean, we can complete most jobs without you present. We send before and after photos and follow up afterward.
Do you work with HOAs and commercial properties? +
